Astral Aviation Limited has become aware of unauthorized and potentially fraudulent representations involving entities identifying themselves as Skynet Aviation Ltd, Aerosim Private Ltd and Granava Ltd which are allegedly representing to third parties that they are authorized to use, market, charter, operate, or otherwise offer aircraft and capacity belonging to or associated with Astral Aviation.

Astral Aviation categorically confirms that these entities have no authority to represent Astral Aviation or to offer, market, contract, sell, charter, or otherwise commit any aircraft, fleet capacity, services, or operations on behalf of Astral Aviation unless expressly confirmed in writing by Astral Aviation Limited.

Any representation to the contrary should be treated with extreme caution and independently verified directly with Astral Aviation.

PUBLIC ADVISORY

Astral Aviation urges customers, freight forwarders, brokers, GSAs, aviation partners, financial institutions and other stakeholders to exercise heightened vigilance.

In particular:

  • Do not make any payment, deposit or financial commitment to any individual or entity purporting to represent Astral Aviation without independently verifying their authority.
  • Do not enter into charter, ACMI, capacity, aircraft lease or other commercial agreements involving Astral Aviation aircraft without direct confirmation from Astral Aviation.
  • Verify all quotations, contracts, invoices, bank details and aircraft availability received in Astral Aviation’s name through the company’s official channels.
  • Be particularly cautious of communications using unofficial email domains, altered documents, unauthorized logos, aircraft photographs, registrations, specifications or other Astral Aviation branding.

 

PROTECTION OF OUR NAME AND REPUTATION

Astral Aviation takes the unauthorized use of its corporate identity, trademarks, aircraft, fleet information and operational reputation extremely seriously.

The company is monitoring the matter and reserves all rights to take appropriate legal and regulatory action against any person or entity found to be falsely representing Astral Aviation or using its name, brand, aircraft or credentials without authorization.

Astral Aviation will cooperate with relevant aviation regulators, law-enforcement agencies and other competent authorities as necessary.

REPORTING AND VERIFICATION

Any customer, broker, partner or member of the public who receives a suspicious proposal, quotation, contract, invoice or request for payment involving Astral Aviation is requested not to proceed with the transaction until its authenticity has been verified directly with Astral Aviation (Mr Kennedy Masai on kennedy@astral-aviation.com or on +254712539604)

Suspected fraudulent activity or unauthorized representation should be reported immediately through Astral Aviation’s official communication channels and, where appropriate, to the relevant law-enforcement authorities.
